Meet our team

Mai McArdle

Mai was born in Vietnam and has been working in the UK financial services industry for the past 13 years with 10 of those years in the investment fund management sector. Mai currently works at Equitix, an investment fund manager with more than $14bn in assets under management. Mai is approved by the UK's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as the Head of Compliance and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) for Equitix and is responsible for any compliance and regulatory matters at the group. At Equitix, Mai is also a voting member of the Valuation Committee and an observer on the Fund Investment Committee. Prior to working at Equitix, Mai has also worked at the following financial institutions:

Ardian ($164bn AUM private equity manager)
Aon (insurance broker)
Lloyds Banking Group
Asia Commercial Bank (ACB Bank Vietnam)
